The proposed Gaming Machines Amendment (Gambling Harm Minimisation) Bill 2020 will update the current .

  • help registered clubs and hotels minimise gambling harm
  • change who is responsible for managing gambling-related harms
  • mean clubs and hotels will need to actively identify and assist gaming machine players who display problematic gambling behaviours
  • support gaming machine players experiencing problems.
